Liverpool Train Station is the closest station to the club. Once you arrive at the station the Liverpool-Parramatta T-Way bus operates in the local area. Stop #15 – MILLER is closest to the club.

We're thrilled to welcome all of you to our event at the Mercure Hotel Liverpool, 424 - 458 Hoxton Park Rd, Preston starting today, Friday, August 18th. For your convenience, here's a comprehensive schedule and a few noteworthy highlights:

Friday, August 18th

5:00pm - 5:30pm: Doors Open! Registration and early networking.

5:30pm : Dinner Served

6:00pm: Local presentations kick off.

7:05pm: Announcement of local challenges.

7:30pm - 9:00 pm: Continued networking, team formation, and venue wrap-up.



Saturday, August 19th

8:00 am: Venue doors open bright and early.

10:00am: Mentor Morning Tea.

12:00pm: Challenge finalisation

12:30 pm: Lunch served

5:00pm: Venue wrap-up.

4:00 pm: Trivia night (Via Zoom). Get ready for some fun!



Sunday, August 20th

8:00 am: Venue reopens for the day.

12:00pm: Video progress .

12:30 pm: Lunch Served

3:00pm: Recommended time to upload videos/projects.

4:00pm: Project submission deadline.

4:00 pm - 6:30 pm: Closing ceremony, video screenings, peer judging, and the grand conclusion of our event.
