Navigating government services is often overwhelming for Australians, particularly during stressful life events. We built the GovNav Assistant to fix this.
It's an AI-powered web app that uses a hybrid approach to provide help: a step-by-step navigator with AI-powered assistance. Our goal is simple: to help Aussies get the support they need, without the stress.
Based on Services Australia's own open data, which shows that over 213,000 Jobseekers claims were finalized in the last quarter alone, it's clear this is a critical service affecting a huge number of Australians. Our project uses technology to improve this essential experience.
