How can we better utilise population data of urban flying-fox roosts to improve understanding of their movement patterns and promote strategic conservation efforts and inform management responses to reduce human/wildlife conflict?
The Sunshine Coast Open Data Platform has data on Flying Fox Roost survey content. The data shows the population size, species and location of flying-foxes across over 40 sites and over 10 years of monitoring data.
We also have point locations that show flying fox roosts and management actions taken.
