Best Solution to Citizen City Concerns

Every year the Christchurch City Council (CCC) and most other Councils asks residents how satisfied they are with a range of Council services. Here’s a snapshot of results from this year’s General Service Satisfaction Survey and the series of Point of Contact satisfaction surveys -

How can you help the council address some of the larger concerns reported from citizens?

How can you help Aotearoa Councils become better cities for citizens using Open Govt data?

We would like teams to address any part of the results of this survey and provide innovative solutions that the Aotearoa councils can use.

You can think of it as being from the citizen's or council's perspective. How can we turn the satisfaction around for a citizen in the selected problem area, or how can you give more information on this issue back to the council

Feel free to use your home city or any New Zealand city and utilise open-data available

Consider how you would integrate it into the CCC SmartView application: https://smartview.ccc.govt.nz/

Entry: Challenge entry is available to all teams in Aotearoa New Zealand.
