Project Description

With the new bus system being introduced many Canberrans were outraged that their bus got sooo slow but thier friends bus got so quick, But not everybody can have this happen to them. So we decided to graph the frequency that busses go to each particular stop and the changes in this frequency that the new system imposed. Along the way, we also found a way to impose the data apon the growth of the population using busses per person per suburb as a measure of efficiency. allowing us to predict the lifetime of our new system

Data Story

We used the GTFS for action busses over 2015 to 2019 with the location of each stop and frequency of busses which stop there.

The second iteration of the project uses Population growth per suburb and the aforementioned data but converted from a coordinate to a suburb.
